SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE  
Purpose of Role The Liaison Lead serves as the critical interface between the organization and external government/statutory authorities, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance and timely approvals for infrastructure projects. This role is instrumental in navigating complex bureaucratic processes, mitigating project delays due to clearance issues, and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders. By managing all official correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups with regulatory bodies, the Liaison Officer directly contributes to project timelines, cost control, and operational continuity.
         
SECTION III:  JOB REQUIREMENTS   
Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum) 10 to 20+ years of experience in similar role preferably at Higway project.
Qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Law, or Public Administration).                                                                                                                                                         
Specific Certification / Additional Certifications (if Any) Certified Public Liaison Officer (CPLO) or similar recognized credential.
Certification in E-Governance Processes or Digital India Initiatives.
Legal/Paralegal certification related to land and regulatory laws.
Technical/ Functional Skills Requirement E-Governance & Online Portal Expertise:
Proficiency in state-specific online building plan sanction portals, Experience with CPCB/SPCB online consent management systems.
Document & Workflow Management:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel for tracking), Use of document digitization and management tools (like Adobe Acrobat Pro, CamScanner for official submissions).
Communication & Tracking:
Effective use of official email and digital communication for formal correspondence, Ability to use project management software (like Asana, Trello) or shared trackers to update internal teams on approval statuses.

Electricity, Water, and Sewerage Boards
RTO and Traffic Police Authorities

Secure all necessary NOCs, permits, licenses, and clearances throughout project lifecycle.
Track and expedite pending applications and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
