Relationships

As a key member of the Contracts Department, this position will play a critical role in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers. 

Primary Function

  1. Ensuring contracts comply with legal and company policies.
  2. Drafting Contractual Correspondence.
  3. Managing contract amendments, changes, and extensions.
  4. Monitoring contract performance and ensuring fulfilment of obligations
  5. Identifying risks and liabilities related to contracts.
  6. Drafting of SOC/SOD/Rejoinder for dispute matters,
  7. Coordinating with internal teams (Project Managers, Engineers, Finance) on contract-related activities.
  8. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Setting KPIs to measure contract performance.
