As a key member of the Contracts Department, this position will play a critical role in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
Primary Function
- Ensuring contracts comply with legal and company policies.
- Drafting Contractual Correspondence.
- Managing contract amendments, changes, and extensions.
- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring fulfilment of obligations
- Identifying risks and liabilities related to contracts.
- Drafting of SOC/SOD/Rejoinder for dispute matters,
- Coordinating with internal teams (Project Managers, Engineers, Finance) on contract-related activities.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Setting KPIs to measure contract performance.
